Multi-Room Entertainment

 

Sound Designs Ltd are now able to offer multi-room entertainment systems from Opus Technologies.

These are highly versatile systems giving individual control over various
audio and video sources over anything up to 32 separate rooms.

The Octopus multi-room system consists of a master control unit. This controls all signal routing and deals with all infra-red commands
An optional video switching unit can be added to the system to allow control of video sources in addition to the existing audio control.
Ceiling loudspeaker are employed to deliver exceptionally high quality audio (Alternative loudspeakers are also available)
Wall plates are available in various finishes, to suit the room decor. All control functions can be carried out from the wall plates.
Two types of remote control are available. A basic control which can replicate the functions of the wall plate and a more advanced learning remote, this can learn existing infra-red commands of other audio-visual equipment.

 

In addition to the Octopus system, we will shortly be offering the Opus 500 series multi-room entertainment system.

This is a more advanced version of the Octopus system with many more functions and even greater flexibility.
